About the job - make the difference
Contribute to the product roadmap based on an understanding of the market / industry,
insights & data on your customers, and input from stakeholders across the company
Support on the implementation of processes and their continuous further development
Analyzing existing processes and systematically identifying optimization potentials, especially
regarding automation
Assist on smooth and successful clients' integrations from technical and process perspective
Perform user acceptance testing
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure overall alignment, you will assist to set objectives
& key results that your product will drive forward
Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize
operational tools
Preparation of training documents and execution of training for business users
About you - contribute with your uniqueness
Experience with product development, service- and process design
Passionate about designing processes and systems as well as business process
management in the areas of tour operation, airline or hospitality
Good analytical understanding
Reliable way of working
Customer-oriented as well as very good communication skills
Ability to work in a team, social skills, flexibility, initiative and assertiveness
Fluent English (German would be desirable but is not mandatory)
