JOB TITLE: Product Manager

We are hiring a Product & Manager to join us in our Product team in Zurich, Switzerland reporting directly to the Product Director.

For this position, we are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, professional with a contracting and commercial background in Tourism.

Main responsibilities:
Analysis and interpretation of competitiveness reports
Weekly monitoring/reporting of sales and competitive analysis using the internal BI system and comparison Tools
Elaboration of KPIs and resulting action points for the contractors in destination
Understanding the requirements and business models of our Clients from different source markets to optimize sales
Managing and monitoring of Marketing activities, as well as analysis and reporting of results
Implementation of a targeted Contracting strategy to optimize sales performance together with the contractors
Effective Product Management for assigned Clients and Destinations
Preparation of KPI reports for senior management and Destinations
Identification & Interpretation of market trends, opportunities and key requirements
Close collaboration with different cross functional teams/departments across multiple countries

Requirements:
Experience in a Product Management, Contracting and/or Commercial/Sales position.
Knowledge of multiple European volume source markets will be an advantage
Strong analytical skills, ability to work with different data sources and systems
Highly organized with attention to details & deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Power point
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Good team Player, independent and structured
Ability to work in a multinational environment and interact with different nationalities and ethics
Willing to travel on a regular basis
German and English fluent or native speaker
