We are currently looking for a dedicated person to join and manage our sales team full-time as:
Marketing & Sales Manager Germany (f/m/d)
Frankfurt/Main
1. The Position:
Responsible for all Sales and Marketing activities and for revenue generation
Plan and implement all Marketing & Sales strategies to achieve revenue target and company objectives.
Planning the Marketing- / Promotional plan and activating Marketing and promotional activities plus controlling same to achieve best results in Germany.
Responsible for all Marketing, Promotions and Sales functions
To assist and support Regional Manager with regard to all daily business functions and to ensure optimal results in terms of business objectives and business continuity.
Responsible and leading all Marketing- and Sales staff and directing all Sales- & Reservations staff to ensure that com-pany business objectives are fulfilled and to ensure highest customer satisfaction
Administration and management functions related to Sales- and Reservations staff based in Germany online points Frankfurt and Hanover
2. Your Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree or similar in Sales & Marketing and management.
Experience: Five years in Airline service or related industry
Proficiency on advanced computer applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is an essential requirement of the job
Very good knowledge of the aviation- and tourism industry
Excellent social skills including the ability to work in a team and under pressure, hands on approach to daily responsibilities
Fluency in English and German languages (Russian is an advantage) is mandatory for this position
