Founded 23 year ago in Switzerland, Caribbean Tours has been operating out of its main office in Havanna as a pioneer and leading destination specialist in Cuba for FIT-Private, Luxury, Group and MICE travel. The company is also present with a local operations and travel design team in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and has recently expanded to Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
We want to strengthen our top management team to continue consolidating our position as a leading DMC in the most important Caribbean destinations. Our client base are top tour operators and travel agency partners from around the world, while we also maintain our traditional focus on the German speaking source markets.

We are looking for someone with experience as Sales & Marketing Manager preferably in the tourism, airline or hospitality industry who dominates Spanish, English while German would definitely be an advantage.
The CCO we are looking for should assume responsibility in the following areas:
